Before you even arrive, your Cliffs Residence Club Concierge will handle all your pre-vacation requests—fresh flowers, refrigerators fully stocked with your favorite food and beverage selections, dinner reservations, sunset cruise reservations, golf reservations, you-name-it. (After all, this is your very own home.) While in residence, you won't have to lift a finger—unless you're turning the page of your favorite novel. And when you're away planning your next vacation, all maintenance, upkeep and cleaning will be taken care of by our Residence Club staff

Amenities and Services

Concierge - Your Residence Club Concierge is available to make each Lake Keowee vacation as seamless as possible. Upon request, rental transportation can be arranged. Restaurant reservations will be coordinated and confirmed. Groceries are placed in your residence. Massages, treatments and evaluations will be scheduled at The Wellness Center at Keowee Springs. Your Residence Club boat will be readied for water sports, fishing adventures or sunset cruises. Golf tee times will be made at the Tom Fazio golf course or one of the other Cliffs courses. You arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy the very first moment in your Residence Club home.

Private Boat Fleet - Residence Club ownership comes complete with private boat privileges. Owners can reserve a sleek, responsive Cobalt deck boat for active lake adventures. Each Lakefront Residence has a dedicated Cobalt waiting at its private dock. The Cliffs Residence Club staff takes care of all boat maintenance and cleaning.

Private NEV Cars - A six-passenger Neighborhood Electric Vehicle is waiting in the garage. This clean, quiet and efficient transportation makes travel within Keowee Springs fun and environmentally friendly.

Cliffs Membership Privileges - As a Residence Club Owner, you have the option to become a Residence Club Member of The Cliffs Golf & Country Club. As a Member, you will have full Keowee Springs membership privileges while in residence. This includes: 

• Beach Club - This multi-faceted oasis will provide two main swimming areas that overlook Lake Keowee. One will offer beach entry and water spouts, and will be attached to a lap pool for singles, couples and exercise classes. The other will provide a family pool with a water slide for children. Adjacent to both swimming areas will be a picturesque pavilion for family gatherings and picnics.
• Wellness Center & Spa - This 53,000-square-foot Wellness Center will offer a fitness area, running track, weight lifting and cardio areas, men's and women's locker rooms and a Member meeting space, along with eight indoor spa treatment areas and a private outdoor spa treatment area, which will overlook Lake Keowee and 50 miles of mountain ridges.  
• Fazio Golf Course - The Cliffs at Keowee Springs is one of Tom Fazio's most versatile, scenic designs. One of two Fazio golf courses at The Cliffs, it incorporates three loops of six holes and a set of family tees to provide a flexibility of play that is second to none. Keowee Springs also offers Members a unique short game practice area, and complete access to The International Institute of Golf.
• International Institute of Golf - Modeled after the prestigious Victorian Institute of Sport program in Melbourne, Australia-which has produced numerous PGA TOUR winners and more Olympians that any other sports institute in the world-IIG is a state-of-the-art new golf teaching facility at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs led by esteemed instructors Dale Lynch and Steve Bann, whose clients include PGA TOUR Professionals Geoff Ogilvy, Stuart Appleby, K.J. Choi, Robert Allenby and Aaron Baddeley.
• Eight Cliffs Communities - A Cliffs Residence Club membership allows you to enjoy the keys to all eight Cliffs Communities, when in residence, with golf tee times subject to a Visiting Owner Fee. Play on all the golf courses, dine at every clubhouse, work-out in every wellness center and hike every trail.
  
  

Clothing and Equipment Storage - You are freed from the burden of transporting sports equipment and clothing. Personal items are stored in a secure area, awaiting your next worry-free visit. Just prior to arrival, belongings will be placed in your Club Residence.

Bell Service - Upon arrival and departure, a bellperson is available to assist with luggage.

Housekeeping Service - The Cliffs Residence Club housekeeping staff makes sure each residence is immaculate upon arrival, stays neat and comfortable during your vacations, and is ready for the next arriving Owner.

Pre-Arrival Grocery Shopping Service - Upon request, your favorite foods and beverages will be purchased on account and placed in the residence kitchen just prior to your arrival.

Member Charge Privileges - Residence Club Members may sign for dining and services at all Cliffs facilities.

Residence Club Staff - An attentive staff makes sure every visit to The Cliffs Residence Club at Keowee Springs is fun-filled and worry-free.
